HANDMADESHOES – BOOTS EXCHANGE POLICY
At Handmadeshoes, we carefully inspect and pack every pair of boots before dispatch to ensure that you receive the best quality product. We understand that sometimes there may be a size, fitting, or product-related issue, so we provide an exchange facility under the following terms and conditions.
1• 24 HOURS EXCHANGE WINDOW
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the boots. Any exchange request received after 24 hours may not be accepted.
2• ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE
• The boots must be unused and unworn.
• The original shoe box, packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
• The boots must not have any scratches, creases, stains, dirt, or signs of outdoor use.
• For size-related issues, the boots should only be tried on carefully on a clean, soft surface.
• A valid order/invoice or proof of purchase may be required.
3• DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective pair, please inform Handmadeshoes within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographs and, where requested, an unboxing video so our team can verify the issue.
4• 𝗡𝗼𝗻 𝗘𝘅𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀
The following items are not eligible for Exchange
* Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation
* Customized or made-to-order wooden products
* Items without original packaging
* Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions
5• EXCHANGE PROCESS
Once your exchange request is received, our team will review the details and confirm whether the product qualifies for exchange. After approval and receipt/inspection of the returned boots, the replacement pair will be processed as per availability.
6• NO EXCHANGE AFTER 24 HOURS
To maintain a fair and efficient exchange process, requests submitted after the 24-hour exchange window may not be considered.
NOTE
Slight variations in colour, texture, or leather grain may occur due to lighting, photography, or the natural characteristics of leather. Such natural variations may not be considered a manufacturing defect.
