Processing & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Handcrafted Pairs: Made-to-order pairs may take 2 to 3 business days before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

  • Estimated Delivery: Your product will be delivered within 9 to 10 days from the date of placing your order.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for a flat ₹99 handling fee. All COD orders require WhatsApp/call verification before shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, we will send you a tracking link via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp so you can monitor your order in real time.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your box arrives open, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept it. Take a photo and contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve it immediately.
