  • Because each pair is individually made by artisans, minor variations in leather texture, color shade, or finish may occur. These variations are not defects but are proof of authentic, handmade craftsmanship.

  • We make every effort to display product colors accurately on screen, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device display settings.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

  • We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • All prices listed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

  • Payments can be made via Prepaid methods (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking) or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For COD orders, we reserve the right to contact you via WhatsApp or Call for confirmation before dispatching your product.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Products will be delivered within 9 to 10 days from the date of order placement.

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders. A flat handling fee applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within the stipulated timeline outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
